No charge for an initial chat to determine if I can help.

One time consults available in 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 minute increments
  • 30 minutes $85
  • 45 minutes $110
  • 60 minutes $150
  • 90 minutes $190
Pre-paid package plans possible for:
  • 3 sessions, once weekly, used within 30 days ..................$375
  • 3 sessions, every other week, used within 60 days ..........$400
  • 6 sessions, once weekly, used within 45 days ..................$650  .......or 2x $350
  • 6 sessions, every other week, used within 90 days ..........$675  .......or 2x $365
Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?


At the start of the first session I will take your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card information. Or, I can send you a PayPal invoice for payment in advance of our scheduled session. Sorry, I no longer accept checks or American Express.


If I live nearby do I come to your office?

Normally consults are done by phone. Since my work is now exclusively a tele-coaching or tele-training practice, I do not maintain an office for in person visits.  However, if you live in my zipcode, we might elect to meet somewhere for lunch or coffee, schedules (and issues) permitting.


Can I have a consult while I'm commuting?

No, that would never be advisable.  From a liability perspective, assuming you are driving, I cannot allow your attention to taken from the road.  Even if you are carpooling, bussing, or on a train, you will have too many distractions to get any value out of the session. 


From a practical viewpoint, sessions held when you can't be alone in a quiet space limits the techniques that could be used to promote progress on your issue.  Nor will I be traveling or multi-tasking while listening to / working with you.

My own schedule is busy -- 

can I have a consult on weekends or in the evening?

Yes.  Occasionally I can offer session slots on weekend mornings (pacific time).  And if you are on the East Coast, the 3 hour time difference makes a 7 pm session for you just 4 pm for me.  At this time, all my morning slots in US and Canadian time zones are filled.

Who calls?

Usually you will call me.  Your session will start exactly at the appointed time.  My clock is set according to the World Clock at:

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just like in your own practice, I require 24 hours notice when you will be unable to keep an appointment, or the session is forfeited.  Prior to 24 hours before a scheduled session you are welcomed to email with a couple of suggested days and times, should you need to reschedule.

In the very rare instance that I screw up and miss your session, you will get an additional session at no charge.
