Consultation for Counselors & Coaches

Are you a practicing therapist struggling with
anxiety, shame, low self-confidence, or self sabotaging introvert energy?

Is that getting in the way of counseling others,
or networking  / marketing for more clients?

Want some help to regain your emotional balance
from an experienced colleague outside your local community?

Over the last 8 years or so a number of licensed psychologists, counselors, social workers,  marriage and family therapists, and naturopathic doctors have asked for consult time with me that had nothing to do with marketing (my initial coaching niche).  For whatever reason, they didn't feel comfortable seeking a local colleague "in the biz."

Does that describe you?
  • If there's something going on that you're keeping secret....
  • If you're struggling with a common emotional angst.....
  • If you're losing sleep over a problem you've been striving to solve, to no avail....
I'd like to help.

You know when you really are in trouble and need mental health care.  And if that's where you are when we first talk, I'll require you to get local, in person assistance.

But you also know that just because you're a mental health provider you're not immune to:

  • everyday worries
  • grief (vs depression)
  • confusions
  • difficult decisions
  • unhappy relationships
  • garden variety neuroses

When you need to talk, when you need to process a heartache, a self-imposed source of emotional blackmail, or a great big leap off a cliff felt-risk, I'm here for you.

I'll offer my intuitions and impressions grounded in transpersonal psych and humanistic psych training, along with a nature-based mind-body-spirit perspective.  If you desire, I'll suggest an action plan, and will hold you accountable for investing your time, energy and resources in changing or improving what you are ready to transform.

This won't be therapy just helpful coaching consultation ~~ once or ongoingly ~~ with a knowing  and knowledgeable colleague who has more than 20 years of experience as a therapist myself.
